About the village
Katigiorgis is located in the coast of the Aegean Sea directly across the west coast of Skiathos and very close to Platanias. It one of the nicest seaside villages of Pelion, where the sea blue blends harmonically with the mountain green and tourism is constantly developing.
Swim in the crystal blue waters of the beach, make a walk through the fishing port, where fishing boats moor and taste local delicacies in one of the taverns by the beach. For activity lovers don't miss horse riding into the forest of Katigiorgis.
Aside from Katigiorgis beach, around it exist equally charming beaches such as the Agios Konstantinos beach in Paltsi, the Vlachorema on the south side with its exquisite natural scenery and the many pine trees. After Vlachorema, there’s also the secluded beach of Vromoneri that features a sandy beach surrounded by rocks.
